No fee will be charged to use this voucher but Helloworld Travel may charge a discretionary booking fee on its services and products at time you purchase your travel. This booking fee may apply when you pay for your travel with cash, when paying with a voucher or a combination of cash plus voucher. Please check whether a booking fee is appliable to your travel situation with your store/agent upon the use of this voucher.

Your travel voucher will expire after 730 days from the date of purchase and cannot be used after expiry
Vouchers purchased together in one Flybuys transaction must be used in full, in a single transaction. Change will not be given and any unused amount will be forfeited/will be available until the expiry date.
Your voucher cannot be used to purchase foreign currency.
To use your travel voucher, simply present your Flybuys card, with proof of identification, at any helloworld Travel store.
Alternatively you can forward this confirmation email to your helloworld Travel consultant.
