How to spend New World Dollars in-store:
1. Scan your physical or digital Clubcard.
2. Tell the checkout operator how many of your New World Dollars you’d like to use.
3. Enter your PIN in the EFTPOS terminal when prompted.
4. The dollars will come off your total to pay.

Important stuff:
1. To get New World Dollars you'll need to be a Flybuys earning New World Clubcard member. If you're not a Clubcard member, you can sign up here or get a digital Clubcard with the New World app here. You'll need to wait until you've received your Clubcard before you can get New World Dollars.
2. A maximum Clubcard limit of 2,000 New World Dollars applies, including any amount earnt through other Flybuys currency collection. You will need sufficient room on your Clubcard to be able to load the full amount of your New World Dollars purchase. We recommend checking your current balance before swapping your Points. You can do this at clubcard.co.nz.
3. New World Dollars are instantly loaded onto your New World Clubcard and can be used as either full or partial payment for purchases at any New World store including New World Fresh Collective. Excludes New World fuel sites and online purchases.
4. New World Dollars cannot be exchanged or refunded in full or part for Flybuys Points or cash.
5. When using your New World Dollars at the checkout, you'll be prompted to enter a 4-digit PIN. If you haven't set up a PIN yet, the default PIN is '0000'. We recommend you change the PIN on your card to protect any New World Dollars on your Clubcard - you can do this after redeeming your New World Dollars at clubcard.co.nz, or call the New World Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70.

To use your New World Dollars in-store, let the checkout operator know you’d like to pay using New World Dollars; scan your Clubcard through the EFTPOS terminal and enter your 4-digit PIN when prompted.
New World is not responsible for lost or stolen Clubcards. The default pin on your Clubcard is 0000. If you haven’t already, we recommend changing your pin to safeguard your New World Dollars. To create a pin or recover one, you can go online at clubcard.co.nz or by calling the New World Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70 before heading in-store.
A maximum purchase limit of 2,000 New World Dollars applies (or 11,200 Flybuys Points) per account applies to Point Swap purchases of New World Dollars during the promotional period. Including any amount earnt through other Flybuys currency collection. We recommend checking your current balance before swapping your Points. You can do this at clubcard.co.nz.
Where New World Dollars are used as payment at a New World store, no change will be given. The amount of the purchase using New World Dollars will be deducted from the available New World Dollar balance on your Clubcard and the balance (if any) will remain for future use. Your remaining New World Dollar balance will be printed on your till receipt or you can contact the Clubcard Helpline on 0800 80 70 70 for an up to date balance.
